DATE/TIME/LOCATION: THE 2007 NASC will be held at the Meridian Public Safety Training Facility located at 1180 Sandflat Road in Meridian, MS. The competition will start at 0800 hours on Monday, March 12, 2007 and conclude on Thursday afternoon, March 15, 2007.
ELIGIBILITY OF COMPETITORS: THE 2007 NASC is open to all full-time police and military personnel who have primary or additional duties in a sniper/observer capacity. The competition will be limited to 30 teams. Registration paperwork must be returned to the match coordinator no later than February 19, 2007.
ENTRY FEE: The cost for each two-man team is $350.00. Each additional team from the same agency will be discounted $50.00. Payments are due at in-processing on March 11, 2007 unless other arrangements have been made with the match coordinator. Each competitor will receive an official 2007 NASC t-shirt. Be sure to include your t-shirt size on the registration form.LODGING: Hotel accommodations have been made with Best Western located at 2219 S. Frontage Road in Meridian, MS. Double rooms are $55.00 per night plus tax. Singles are $50.00 per night plus tax. Advise the hotel staff you are with the sniper match. The Best Western phone number is 601-693-3210.
